problem with a deleted hand

i deleted a hand from my database in the cash games => session tab by right clicking it and choosing "delete selected hands." is there a way to un-delete a hand you delete in this fashion? if not, what is the best way to re-import that hand history? i have a copy of the hand history on my desktop, but HEM doesn't seem to import it when i copy this file into my full tilt hand history folder.

well, using the auto-import function didn't seem to import the hand history, but when i just chose the "import file" option under the import tab and found the hh on my desktop manually, it imported the hh perfectly. hope this helps someone else
