Just as the title says, how long does it take to update HEM1 after a bug is reported and where do I find the updated version?
You find a link to the latest version on our homepage under download and here in the forums at the top.
Detailled infos are posted in our releases forum area: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/
How long it takes to fix a bug depends on the type of bug: if many users are affected it will probably need only some days. If its only a cosmetic bug or something like that it will probably be never fixed as HM1 is already replaced by HM2.
Having purchased HM1, do I get a free upgrade for HM2? Also, I may as well ask about the specific bug that is affecting my results graph. I am in desperate need of the *New* super turbos on merge to be fixed when tracking their results. Right now, I see a -99% ROI as my results, but this isn't true. How long do you think it will take to resolve this bug and show my true results in these games?
HM1--> HM2 upgrade read: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Upgrade+Policy
New Merge Super Turbo issue should already be fixed in 7150+ builds of HM2.
HM1, it should be fixed in this build: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._20Jul2012.exe

I downloaded the update, and my graph is still showing incorrect results. I'm not sure if I'm importing them incorrectly or what, but the update hasn't fixed my results for the New super turbos on merge. should I export my hands and reimport them into another database and then see if it's fixed?
Yes, try reimporting them into a new empty database.
