HM2 hand to HM1

I initially started to use HM1. Then I used for a while, until now HM2.
I want to import all the hands from HM2 to HM1 (in HM2 I imported all the previous hands from HM1).
How should I proceed to do that ? ( I don't want to make a mistake and this is the reason I asked)

The only way is importing original HH files from archive into HM1 database
default path is C:\HM2archive
