It's just variance.
Rake has no influence on this.
The two lines should eventually meet up again to the same point.

So i beleive this is normal variance as well ... after 363k hands this year I am about -1bb/100 under EV. how big this variance could be

Go to your graph--> watch the graph in number of big blinds.
You could be unlucky, losing big pots when player higher stakes, then being 'lucky' playing smaller stakes.
Also you've 'only' played 360k hands. It should even out once you've hit 1 million hands.
