Unable to display pot odds in HUD

Pot odds do no show on the HUD on 888Poker (Pacific) or Stars - I have gone to HUD options/ Site Options and clicked PotOdd% / Apply/ OK but it does not stay ticked
I have the latest HEM2 version as I have only just downloaded it
Hope someone can please help

Many thanks for that but unfortunately after running that download the problem persists - when i go into HUD Options / Site Options, click on Pot Odds, Apply and OK it does not remain ticked.

The Pot Odds% come up fine on the Replayer so why can i not get them to appear on the HUD?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Sorry i spoke too soon ! After downloading the 'Autoupdate' given in the link above, the Pot Odds% box now remains checked in 'Site Options' but still does not display on the HUD on both Stars and Pacific (the pot odds do not show as a fraction either), other than that the HUD works 100%.
I only play MTTs - are the pot odds supposed to show in MTTs as well ?

It's only supposed to work on cashgames.

Thanks for response - is there no way of getting pot odds% to show on MTTs? They appear on the Replayer - why can't we see them on the HUD?

Im not sure on the correct answer why we dont have it so were discussing internally to find out that information and will report back
