Need help! How do i turn on my hud

ok this may sound stupid but i fired up my HEM and opemed several tables, but i dont see my HUD stats, anything im doing wrong? pls help me out

import > start auto import

That should open up the Table Manager

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe


Make sure the hand histories are in English.

sorry to trouble you but my computer is a windows Xp and does not have the option of running it as an adminstrater, any other ways i can switch it on?
