errors during activating

Hello

I just updated my hem 1 to the latest version and on startup it says i have to validate my license online. Then the next xreen comes up it says validating online and under it apperas a text" There were errors during activation....."

Did everything and watched the video. It still gives an error. PLease help

the request failed with HTTP status 417: expectation failed

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
2) Uncheck every box in the small new menu and click ok.
3) Try to register HM again.
