importing notes from ipoker client to holdem manager notes

i was thinking of importing notes that i have on my ipoker client to holdem manager notes. i have a few questions though.
first when i go to "import notes from ipoker" it asks me for a folder where the note are kept, where is this folder?
also i have alot of notes already on holdem manager notes. what will happen once i import notes for ipoker client to a person who i already have notes on in holdem manager notes. will it just add to the notes or will it like delete the note that is already in holdem manager notes?

Thats smart notes, it is an application that works on ipoker for taking notes, its not really used now since HM added the notes icon but it was popular previous to that because ipoker note taking was awful hard to use. So you cant import notes directly from ipoker as they store that information on their server and you've no way of accessing it.
