Update. I checked video of the sessions I played that day. During live play hud worked perfectly fine, showing all the stats.
So this is some problem between replayer and hud.

Are you using any filters? hud options--:> additional HUD filters
Were these ZOOM hands on PokerStars?

Updated. No change.
I use no additional filters in HUD. And this is regular tables.
Problem only with players with whom I played for the first time that day. Maybe some errors during caching their stats for the hud?
I can play more today to check if the problem will happen on a regular basis.
Did you reimport all your hands into the new database?
The reports shows you should have 22 hands on this player.
What type of games were these though? Were they played at the same stake? Were these hands <12 months old?

These people with zero stats are new players whom I played only on the 30.06.2012 after I made a new db. So these hands came from the recent live game, not some mining or from old DB reimport.
I played with them on nl50 poker stars normal cash game.
hud options--> additional HUD filters--> can you post a screenshot of your settings on this screen?
You only have a HUD with 4 stats? Or is also the wrong HUD configuration popping up in the replayer?

yes the hud config is right, I have only 4 stats.
Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.com. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
I tried to reproduce the problem myself. Played 4 sessions, checked stats for 40-50 new people. Everything works fine.
I guess it was one time glitch. If this error will show again, I'll mail to the support.
