Default Hey Poker - can't open other tables

If I play at Hey Poker without HEM running, everything works as it should. When I open HEM, I cannot open another table.

I have spoken to Ongame support, and they tell me, it is HEM, that is cousing this.

I don't have a problem with HEM on any other site

Please install the latest version (1.10.02): http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and tell me if the problem persists, also what exactly do you mean when you say it wont let you open another one, does it give an error, does it only allow you to open 1 table max, if you close HM, open 2 more tables and reload HM does it then stop you from opening more or close the other 2? Sounds quite strange as ive never seen HM do anything like this

It doesn't help. I have already installed that.

When I don't have HEM runnig, I can play as many tables as I choose. When I start the import, after a few minutes, I cannot open another table. It stays at "Hey Poker. Loading"

When I opened a SNG, it said the same thing. It stayed there, except I was at the table and the game was running - I was just unable to see, what happens.

If I wish to open a new table, I have to close the entire pokerclient down. It is not sufficient to just turn of the importing in HEM.

1.What version of Holdem Manager are you using? 1.10.02

1.What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site? HeyPoker at Ongame, and no

1.Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT) - Hold Em

1.Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button? - ofc

1.Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
1.Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from. -they do

2.If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
1.If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database
1.Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD - I have no problems with the HUD

1.If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?- yes
    1.Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:

    a) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
    b) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
    c) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
    d) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and HMImport.exe
1.Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off. - all done
