Problem starting the HM software...

Hello,

I had HM isntalled @ my computer a while ago but i was using another software, so i uninstaled my HM... but now im going to use it again but i cant get the software working.

I already reinstalled the postgre, the hm a couple of times and the framework program(i had to install this for the first time also) but still wont work...

Help please...

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

1. Update to http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

i use Win Vista, Avira Antivirus and dont use any firewall...

i tried to install the update and still didnt work...

i did the LicDebug file thing but i have the same problem...know with the LicDebug i get a message saying DeployX Licensing Mode is enabled. Be sure to disable this feature before releasing your assembly... But when i click in the "OK" button, i have the same problem as b4...

Update Vista to SP2
Still add the exceptions of port 5432 to Windows Firewall, even if it's turned off.
