Red Line All-in EV

I don't know where to put this question, so if it needs to be moved please do so.

My question is: Where does the number that goes into your red line all-in EV generate from, and where can I see it? It doesn't appear to be the $EV category under the results tab. If it is, something is messed up in my database.

So, where does this number come from? Can someone explain that to me?
