Unhappy Don't know what happened, but is not working anymore

    HELP !!

Since two days HM is not starting anymore. I launch the application but an error message appears saying that there is a mistake in HoldemManager.exe and the application will be closed.

I guess I made some silly things while installing and removing some applications from my laptop.

I tried to remove everything and re-install it again, but it did not work. I am lost....HELPPPP

Did you also uninstall PostgreSQL? or just Holdem Manager?

I guess I made some silly things while installing and removing some applications from my laptop.
    What things were you installing/removing?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files.
    2) Uninstall HM with www.revouninstaller.com using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
    3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, choose the Select All > Delete buttons to remove any registry entries and leftover files.
    4) Reboot your computer
    5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
    6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

If you also need to reinstall postgresql:

*Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

    1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
    2) Use our combo installer to reinstall PostgreSQL. Make sure you un-check Holdem Manager during installation. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ager_Setup.exe

If that installer fails to install PostgreSQL, please reinstall PostgreSQL using the following instructions:
    A) Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt > Right-Click > Run As Administrator
    PHP Code:
    net user postgres /delete
    B) Reboot.
    C) Try installing this version of PostgreSQL - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...3.9-v1.0.7.exe

Nothing..I followed your instructions, but I get the same error message

I was installing some software to share files (360share Pro).
I have Windows XP and Avast as antivirus. I granted to Hm an exception under the windows firewall respective tab.

Those settings have not been changed since the old gold times when HM was working as a clock...I am so depressed
