Default NaN across report Holdem Manager 1

I recently started playing on pokerstars again and had no hand histories related to when I used to play, so I had them send me my last 100 hand histories to my email (This is the most they allow) and followed the guide 'IMPORT EMAILED HAND HISTORIES' from:

    http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...istories+#body

but using the step for 'Hand Histories in Body of Email' as they didn't send me an attachment. I then imported the .txt file into holdem manager 1 but on a lot of the rows from the report of my tournaments (I probably should point out that I play/played mostly HU SnGs, whether this makes a difference) it just reads 'NaN'.

What is the issue here and how can this be fixed?

    Any help would be great.

    Regards

NaN is caused when HoldemManager has imported the handhistories... but hasn't imported the summaries.
(The separate summary file includes the buyin info, which position you finished... and how much you won)

You can request the tournament histories in the PokerStars client: requests--> tournament history

Or even better email PokerStars, and request:
    -1 ALL your handhistories
    -2 Your STT/MTT RESULTS
    Then import that into HEM.
