Tournament Winnings

Hi,

I actually did do a search on this because I know I've seen something about it before but at the time I was mainly playing Cash exclusively so I didn't really pay much attention to it.

Lately I've been playing in more tournaments and I've noticed that HEM isn't recording my results or more importantly (to me) my winnings.

I play on UB and about 2 months ago I cashed in a MTT and I remember manually adding in the final results. The last tourney I placed 3rd and won something a little over $500 and HEM states I won $0 and it didn't record the place I finished in. I have an alias setup so I'm not sure why it doesn't keep track. Furthermore, when I entered in the info manually once again, my winnings on the left tab never changed with the adjusted information. Thanks for any help/attention.

For UB it is necessary to manually edit the results because they don't write any summaries with this information.
Tourney->Results->Dataview->Edit...
If you enter the necessary informations and set the finished flag your winnings should be adjusted too.

How do I manually import my Pokerstars tournament results into HM? I found a link somewhere in this forum, but it no longer works; it leads to the FAQ page.

If you enter the necessary informations and set the finished flag your winnings should be adjusted too.

If by finish flag you mean save(?) I did that a few times....but in the left pane where it reports one's overall winnings...that number won't seem to change...strange...I must be forgetting to do something...

No, i mean "Edit tourney finished flag". Right mouse click on the tourney

But UB sends a perfectly fine tourny summary with the whole hand history combined. is there anyway to import this file and get the summary
