Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extenstions turned off.
And please make sure that all your configured auto-import folders are empty except current hands.
Try this too: update to latest release: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._31May2011.exe
1) Close Holdemanager
2) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default:
Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
3) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.
HoldemManager.exe.config
I only had that holdemmanager.exe.config file
i also have the latest update
I deletes those prefs.xml etc files .. started HEM again imported my HU and FR to hud but hmhud still crashes ..

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.
Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.
Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

Your configuration of auto-import folders seems to be wrong, it contains double folders and recursion.
Please try the following:
delete all Auto-Import folders from the auto-import configuration.
After this run a auto-detect.
Please check if your ipoker handhistory path is already included, if not add it manually.
You can change the archive folders to G:\k2ed again.
Now try again.

If you are using HM1 please make sure you have the latest update from this link - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...03June2012.exe
Turn on the Windows Firewall and set exceptions for hmhud.exe and holdemmanager.exe

I updated to the latest relase, also turned on windows firewall and added exceptions but still hmHUD crashes.
My import folder is correct.
here is my config file HoldemManager.config
But there are still duplicate folders in your configuration.
Please delete:
C:\X,True,True,G:\k2ed => you should not use the auto-import to import mined hands or other hands.
C:\Users\masta\AppData\Roaming\HEM Data\Hands,False,False, => this is a duplicate
H:\Programmid\partypoker\PartyPoker\HandHistory\Lo veUKLaas,True,True,G:\k2ed => duplicate
C:\Users\masta\AppData\Local\CPN\VENICE,True,True, G:\k2ed => wrong
