having horrible time trying to get hem back on my comp (pics included)

had some supervirus on my comp so just did a complete reformat and then downloaded hem again and got this error




so then i go to the serial number registration link it provides, set up an accnt and try to enter my serial number and it just stays like this no matter how many times i put in the add serial number



I just wanna use my hem again, can anyone help me?

ok i enabled java and switched my browser to firefox and still not able to use hem.

i go to the screen put my serial number in and it still stays blank






Man I even bit the bullet just to see if it would work, reinstalled hem and this time tried to waste my computer2 slot, and still the same stuff. This is really starting to suck

You don't have to buy anything. Just install the latest beta patch.

Yes, of course it does. It all affects your HM installation.

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.


If that doesnt work, try this:


1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a file called LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your new code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete LicDebug.txt and restart Hold'em Manager.


Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.net.
