    Default Half of hands not imported

    Hi guys!

    I've benn strugling with a problem last few days, my HM1 doesn't import around half the hands I'm playing. I normaly play around 6K hands a day, so it's a lot for me not to have 3k hands imported. I'm currently playing at entraction (NoiQ).

    Any ideas on how to solve the problem?

    I've already uptated it, but it still doesn't import all the hands... I try to run it as administrator and I still have the same problem...any ideas?

    Do the hands import into a new database?
    If they still don't import email us a handhistory sample.
