I have gone through other threads and when I tested at a cash table as suggested after the HUD/HEM updates, etc ... it worked ... but then when I went to play a 9-man SnG, it is not working.
Any suggestions?

it may be necessary to use the table finder:

That didn't work ... below are the screenshots of what the FAQ tells me to do.

Select the table in the table finder window
...then move the red X to the table.

Below are the screenshots during the process you mention above ... and then the Table Manager after ... I say again that it did work for real money cash games, but it is not working during tournaments, which seems strange .... it should be importing cash games the same way as tournaments.

I am playing 9 man SnG's .. and as you can see, it does not update or change that information. If I use the active player details window, I can get the same live information, it just takes more time to click on their name.

Below is what I was mentioning before ... I was able to get a screenshot of the Table Manager.Table Mgr Prob 5.jpg
When you open the table finder window you need to click on the table name to select it before you move the red symbol to the table and drop it there. After this close the table finder window with OK. Now the hud should apppear.
I have tried this several times and it doesn't work .... everyone has proposed the same solution several times and it is not like I have not tried it, it is just not working ... in my previous post, you can see the name of the cash table on the bottom and it recognizes that it has 9 players ... it was doing this automatically.
When I do the drag and drop with the "x" on the correct game, it doesn't change anything .. the HUD still doesn't work. The other thing though I did notice, is when it is importing hands ... it consistently has a number for duplicate hands, which since it is only importing from one folder, I am not sure why this is happening, nor do I know if it is part of the problem.
I am more than happy to have someone check my system out and check the settings. Thanks.
I was given a solution by an outside source who is having the same problem ... apparently you can pull up the Table Manager and right click on the table and change it to a 9 man, which it will then recognize the table and the HUD works. Below is the Skype conversation regarding this. Clearly a bug that should be corrected. Thanks.
ok heres how you get it to work
[5/29/2012 8:52:30 PM] xxxxx: for the hud
[5/29/2012 8:52:46 PM] xxxxx:
[8:50:19 PM] xxxxx: well, what i do is, i have to manually change the table size in the table manager
[8:50:29 PM] xxxxx: for every table, it will show up as a 10 man
[8:50:38 PM] xxxxx: so u literally have to change to a 9 or 6 man
[8:50:43 PM] xxxxx : ah i see
[8:50:55 PM] xxxxx: you change it at the start and then it will work the rest of the tourney?
[8:51:04 PM] xxxxx: yep, as soon as the table loads
[8:51:13 PM] xxxxx: yeah thats way easier than what i do now
[8:51:33 PM] xxxxx: what method do you use to change it, just right click, left click on 6 or 9 man, and then click ok?
[8:51:44 PM] xxxxx: u got it
[8:51:53 PM] xxxxx: sweet, thats pretty simple
[5/29/2012 8:52:57 PM] xxxxx: you will have table manager running in the bottom right corner
[5/29/2012 8:53:03 PM] xxxxx: it looks like an orange star
[5/29/2012 8:53:08 PM] xxxxx: you double clcik on it
[5/29/2012 8:53:16 PM] xxxxx: and then you can see all the tables that are running
[5/29/2012 8:53:39 PM] Marnie: so from the Table Manager you right click on the game
[5/29/2012 8:54:56 PM] xxxxx: yeah
[5/29/2012 8:55:00 PM] xxxxx: choose 6 or 9 max
[5/29/2012 8:55:02 PM] xxxxx: click ok
Thanks for the feedback.
