"Ooops" displays in place of all VPIP stats

I have tried buncha different things, rebuilding hud, reimporting 100k+ hands(ugh). Whats up with this? I searched found someone else had problem in 3-bet stat, but no solution he said it randomly started working again.

When you upgrade please close down all the HM programs, if you get errors while installing saying it could overwrite a file still, then restart your PC and install the patch before you open any programs.

Also make sure your installing the update to the correct directory, the install goes to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager by default unless you change it. After installing the update go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager and run HoldemManager.exe from there and then close it and restart with the normal link you use and if it loads an older version then its likely that youve 2 installations of HM and the link is loading the old one so delete the shortcut and then go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager and make a shortcut from the holdemmanager.exe file by right clicking on the file, choose Send to > Desktop and it will create the correct link on your desktop
