When using auto input if you are playing 4 man hu sngs and get knocked out in the first round they are recorded by HEM as 2 man hu sngs. Any chance of a fix for this?

I'm not sure what you mean? The problem is when auto import is on and the HUD is running. There is nothing wrong with the hand histories. If I don't use auto import and simply import the hand histories then it works fine but the trouble is I want to use auto import and the HUD.
We need some examples for such tourneys to test the import

I have the same problem.
And also when u win the first game and than u loose the final match, HM assumes half of the prize pool to your winning's graph, the profit goes up instead of going down.
Im not sure, email some hands and i will check for you

I have winzip and winrar

You find the handhistory files in the hmarchive folder (default c:\hmarchive). They are sorted by month and day folders. Right click on the files you want to mail us and create a zip or rar archive. Attach the zip / rar file to a mail you send to support@holdemmanager.net. Please write a comment and a link to this thread in the mail.
