Live Rating at Pokerstars and replayer not working

Hi!

I am using the trial of HM2. The Live rating data doesn't show at Pokerstars. Also not working in the Replayer.

Language settings at Pokerstars are in english (Language; Play in: English; email: English). Dealer messages: Show everyting.

HM2 settings: Hud Options; Site options; Live Tracking: Pokerstars checked; Replayer checked.

Do you mean live tracking or
the auto-rating?

Live Tracking: is responsible for: showing pot odds, street-by-street HUD

Auto-Rate: icons will appear for every player (fish, rock) settings--> auto rate rules--> enable autorate and enable autorate in the replayer.

I mean Live Tracking. Pot odds do not appear while playing (with real or play money).

(Auto-Rate, and everything else, works perfect. Also, I am a newbie, it's my first time using this kind of software and I am quite amazed and, overwhelmed, at the possibilities...).

Please post a screenshot of a table.
And btw. Playmoney is not supported.

Try resizing the table size. Make it fairly small. (don't maximize 1 table so it fills your entire screen)
