HM wont load...please help!

Got an update when loading up pokerstars today, Holdem Manager wouldnt work so downloaded 1.09.03 release... since doing this the program wont even start up, i've tried installing it twice and also tried the beta 1.10 which wont load either.

When I double click the icon to start HM up the cursor changes (to the timer) for a few seconds then nothing... most of the time after this my laptop locks up aswell and I have to restart. Nothing else is wrong with my laptop, all other software working fine...

Anyone else having problems?

OK...just saw a thread with someoe having the same problem...(im using windows xp)

I tried installing the latest beta again, also put Hm as an exception in windows firewall, still no luck...

Which Windows / "other software" (firewall, anti virus)???

Update Windows
VISTA--> Service Pack 2
XP--> Service Pack 3

Uninstall Comodo, Kaspersky, secondary firewall

Use HoldemManager 1.10 beta 5

Im using windows xp and norton antivirus (internet seurity)

Ive installed beta 5, updated windows and turned norton off. Still no good.... same result when I try and start HM
