Default In order to have HEM run well you should do... PROBLEM

I installed HEM, and when I attempted to run it I got to where I was told this:

"Holdem Manager has determined that you are running MS Vista. In order to have HEM run well you should do the following:

    1) Disable User Access Control.... (done)
    2) Right click holdemmanager.exe in your HEM folder, select Properties and go to the second tab and make sure it was run as administrator, if this is greyed out then it is already running as administrator.
    3) Repeat Step 2 for hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe

Well in Step 2, I went to the file right clicked but don't see a "second tab" or in fact any tab where it gives me the option to "run" this software let alone run it as administrator. The tabs I see after rightclicking are General, Compatability, Security, Details, Previous Versions. I do not have previous versions, and the only tab that as "Administrators" is in the 3rd tab Security, and it just lists the Group/User names.. there's no option to choose or set whatever as default.

    Help please.

The 1st TAB is general and the 2nd TAB is compatibility, its in their. BTW if the option is greyed out it means your already running as admin
