    Default Import freezes Hud doesnt appear

    Hey guys i got a problem with my HEM. It has been working fine for some month now but when i started HEM and clicked the start auto import button as always itnow all of a sudden didnt import my hands. The Import progress bar remains empty all the time, which wasnt the case before. When i click on stop import then it freezes and the button says "stopping...". But even after some minutes it doesnt stop. Oh and a HUD doesnt appear on any table at all. ;/


    i googled for some hours and i think i remember a post of a guy in this forum having the exact same problem and at the end u wanted to make a teamviewer session with him.... so any suggestions what to do now??


    Oh and i do NOT have windows 7 or vista

    You have XP?? And have installed all updates Service Pack 3, etc.?

    Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

    Make sure holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator.

    Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=171

    Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

    i have XP, the updates from service pack and holdem manager


    i dont know how to start the hud as an administrator
    also i dont know how to turn off the windows firewall... as dumb as it sound i dont know it

    also i have the newest framework

    Temporarily uninstall your antivirus program (especiallly Comodo, Norton, Kaspersky, etc.)

    START-->CONTROL PANEL---> switch to classic view---> find Windows Firewall---> exceptions:
    ---> add port: TCP: 5432
    --->add program (all the exe files in the HoldemManager folder)


    Reboot

    im sry but i really dont get why it would work that way.... it worked fine before too... its just the import that doesnt work... is there any way to completly delete Holdem manager from the PC? cause i remember my anti virus programm showing me some part of holdem manager as a virus..and i think i deleted it.

    Then you are not using the latest version, please update to 1.10 beta 3b: http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

    the link is wrong it leads me to 1.09... anyway i found the 1.10 and now its working fine again
