tracking tournament place finishes

Dear Support,

Why doesn't the Holdem Manager accurately recognize my non cash finishes? I play Turbo 45 man tourneys and when I check the data view in the tourney tab, it only is accurate with any finish from 1st to 7th(these are my cashes) and it does display the helpful green cash bar for each tourney cashed. But
if I finish below 7th place, the Holdem Manager does not accurately show what place I finished...usually just showing that I finished 6th(?), 7th(?), 8th or 9th without a green bar. As an example, if I finished 40th out of 45...it won't say 40th it would say 8th.

I hope you can help me with a solution to this issue as I would be able to track this information more efficiently.

I guess you are playing on Stars?
Make sure you are using the latest HM version 1.09.03. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

You have to request tournament summaries manually: Pokerstars > Requests > Tournament Histories...
and import the data from the mail: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=43

Then import them manually to HM.

I have noticed the last several hundred tourneys that i have imported to HM via email/my cpu/HM have not corrected any of the place finishes at all. Any ideas as to why this method isn't working now?

The most usual thing is that the summaries are not in english. You need to use an english Stars client.

If that doesn't help which HM version are you using?
