Default Another Win7 problem (yes, I've read the sticky)

I have Stars and ipoker setup on a new Win7 machine. When Stars installed in the Program Files(x86) folder it set the HH folder to be in users/admin outside the Program Files(x86) folder. Despite pointing HM to this directory, it would not import the files within. I set Stars to move the history directory to be inside the Stars install directory within Program Files(x86) and now it imports and works correctly.

ipoker on the other hand installed C:\poker and has its history directory within and no option to move the folder elsewhere. HM will not import.

What is it that is stopping HM from importing? I have set all HM exes to run as admin.
