everytime i try to open up holdem manager i get an error. holdem manager has stopped working. a problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will cllose the program and notify you if a solution is available. i can get past to to the database control panel and i try to log in and it says a connection to postgressql could not be made would you like to have holdem manager attepmt to start the service click yes and get sorry holdem manager can not make the connection
