    Default Pokerstars cash game problem

    Hi all,

    I can import hands properly for tourneys on pokerstars and the HUD works fine. But that's not the case for cash games: I can import hands properly but no stats are available when I stop the imporing process and want to have a look at them. Hands get imported but they do not appear afterwards. And the HUD does not work either.
    I insist on the fact that hands are imported properly. I tested it by getting my hands emailed from pokerstars and importing them manually in holdemmanager (it said all hands were duplicates).

    *Please try updating to the latest version 1.09.03 from the link in my signature.

    *If you have Vista/Windows7, please verify that UAC is off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=73.
    Or make sure that holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

    Thank you but it's not that: everything works perfectly fine with Full Tilt. But now, nothing works on Pokerstars: neither tourneys nor cash games... Pretty strange... And I still have this "backdoor trojan" message which pushes me to turn off my antivirus...

    The virus problems were fixed weeks ago: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=20713

    If you still get this messages look for the files where you get this message from - if its xenocode delete the subfolders with the files, if its in system restore points configure your virus scanner to ignore this.
