Missing 30000 players after export/import

I did an export of all my hands then I made an import to a new db and I got a lot of errors and now im missing 30000 players I had 110000 players in my original db.
And around 70000 of my own hands.

Why are they so many duplicate hands and import errors when I export from HM then import them again I thought you had fix this?

Not sure why this is happening, download the newest update http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...te1.06.03g.exe then

1) Moved the HH to a new folder and reimport

or

2) Create a new database and move the hands to a new folder and reimport then

Ok was fixed in the g patch and should work now?
It takes around 20 hours to import the files so I want to know if its supposed to work.

Its not something that happens very often so im not sure why it happened but its unlikely to happen again, to test please choose a smaller amount of files and if its doing duplicates again please email them to me and ill look into it morny@holdemmanager.net
