When I double click on the HM icon, the trial page comes up, I bought HM about 2 1/2 years ago and had no problems previous. I did everything on the 'Licensing Issues' page and still no luck.

If you continue to have this issue, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.
