Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.net

To get all your hands from today, for example:

    1) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
    2) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands). The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\11\26). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.

Oh, no, it was just for this one guy. It's probably a mistake with the algorithm.

Do you want me to send you all the hands I played with him?

Search his name, using the Change button, and make sure it is set to All Hands, and no Filters are set.

Hands tab > [x] all > right-click > export all hands to hard drive.

Then zip your \rvg software\holdem manager\exportedhands folder and send it to me.

Please www.7zip.org the hands and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread.
