Hud and Active Player Window Prob

Both the Hud and Active Player window are not recognizing any of the hands
imported by Holdem Manager. The imported hands show up fine in the
HM Cash games screen, but the hud marks all open tables as having zero
players and the AP window displays zero players.

I have tried Table Finder but it gives me this error message - " I can not find
any unattached hands. Please wait until the Manager has imported some."

I read the faq and seem to have all import folders set up correctly.

HM version 1.06.03h (i had 1.06.01 i think when problem surfaced. I also tried
1.06.03e)
TM version 1.6.1t
OS is XP
no software firewall
NOD32 antivirus

Can you attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and also let me know what site this problem is for

The site is Full Tilt. What email do I send the attachment to? Maybe I'm blind
but I can't find the support email adress
