error when connecting to postgreSQL

I have succesfully installed postgreSQL but when I tried to logon en connect I got a lengthy Connection error.

It says in Dutch acces to C:/Program Files (86x)/RVG Software Holdemmanager.config is denied.

After that there comes a lot of lines with errorcodes etc.

Is there a quick solution when you read the above? If needed I can add al the lines but I can`t copy paste it and it will be a lot of work. But if necessary I will post them here if this is needed for the assistance
