Hey. MY HM isnt importing when i play sit n go on ladbrokes? WHY?? the table manager finds the table but nothing is happening?

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=54


Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the files in the handhistory folder to a different folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

OK i have made it import now but i have to use table finder on every table? can it be done by itself? or do i have to use table finder every time?

The table finder should allow the HUD to start auto-detecting properly again. Try editing this file to see if it helps:

Open the ExeNames.txt at C:\Programme\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config

Change it as described in post# 15 of this thread, but for your own particular site's .EXE file:

What is the name of the executable for ladbrokes? ladbrokes.exe? or something different? It may even be listed already in the exenames file, in which case the causemay be something else.

There is no ladbrokes.exe-file in the exenames...? there is primepoker? Am i going to do anything there?

I dont know the name of the file for ladbrokes. Can you right-click > properties on the desktop shortcut and read the Target? It should give the actual file name for the .exe file.

I am not sure why the table finder isn't making the new tables detect automatically.

Can you post a screen shot?

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.


If I still dont see the problem we can try a teamviewer session to see if I can find the issue, but I am at a bit of a loss to explain this at the moment.
