HEM wont load

Im sorry if this post had already been covered, i browsed through a couple of pages in the forum and i couldnt find any useful info.

So, i installed HEM and all went well. I run the application, and press the "try" button and wait for the app to load. However, it does not and i dont even see any HEM process running in the task manager. I use Windows XP x64, could it be HEM doesnt support this os?
