Need step by step direction to re-install HM in Windows 7 64 bit

I was running HM in XP SP3 32 bit and it was great.

In prepartation for upgrading to Windows 7 64 bit I followed the directions given here for backing stuff up.

Now, if possible, I would appreciate step by step directions for re-installing everything including the postgres.
