HEM not showing amount of winnings accuratley.

Hey there, I've noticed lately that the amount of winnings on my HEM reports and my actual online bankroll winnings are not reflecting one another accurately.

It is not a huge difference (2-3 buy-ins) but perhaps over time this gap will probably increase. I mega-table and I think during some of my pots I may have closed the table before it registered in HEM.

It shouldnt be too big of a problem but I think after many more sessions this inaccuracy of winnings may become significant. I do try to consciously wait until HEM registers the result, but over a 100k hand sample there is a slip up here and there.

Is there any way to fix this?

If you think you have failed to import hands into HEM, email support@yourpokersite and ask them to send you all of your hand histories AND tournament summaries to import to HEM.
