need help with filter

In the "hand values" tab i'm not able to/dont know how to select more than 1 scenario. for example if select hand value on flop i wont be able to select top pair , 2nd pair and PP below top pair, i will only be able to select one.

Then when clicking "hand values" at the bottom there is a "joined by" radio button. Make sure "or" is selected

I cant select multiple hand values. How can i select multiple?

We use standard windows functions for selecting multiple rows:
- mouse- click -> shift mouse-click to select a range
- Ctrl mouse-click to add single rows.
