    Default WPT Poker HUD NOT WORKING

    WPT is a new poker room ( its same as Party Poker )

    I run everythink as Administrator
    Hands are importing but in session/reports I dont see any hands anyways ( I changed user )
    I Run english version of WPT Poker client
    Table finder dont find tables, unless I go in that option with red cross then tables are on list but after I drag cross on the table nothing happens.

    SOS Dont kill HM1 !

    This bug started today, also affecting PartyPoker.
    Party changed something in the handhistory formatting.

    This will be fixed as soon as possible, also for HM1.

    I just started playing on WPT Poker today hands are importing and i see the reports details also but the HUD is not displaying. And as im reading this thread now i dont know if this is still a bug or did i just miss something to make the HUD work. By the way im using HM1 1.12.01 if this is caused by the bug, is there a fix available now? if not, please help me fix this so i can see the HUD display on the table. thanks!

    installed this update but still the same. i can see hands on the reports tab but no HUD on tables

    when i updated with this, this is what happened:

    not responding.jpg2.jpg3.jpg

    HEM won't even start now
    so i downgraded it back to the previous update mentioned above by olliepower
    btw, table manager also does not reflect the tables im on and when i watch a replay of a hand the HUD displays on the replay but not while im on play

    Have you sent us Hand History files? We would like to have them so that we can develop a fix.

    not yet. ok ill send you hand history files. where will i get the files? from the folder where my hand history is saved or from the HEM client?
