Tournament info not importing

    Default Tournament info not importing

    Hi,

    played some tournaments today and ran the import. The hands for the tournaments are showing but the tournaments are not. The last date I have tournament info for is the 25th. i have reset all the filters but no change???

    What site(s)? If you are playing Stars please check your tournament summaries are saving and this folder is in your auto import settings.

    Also please disable "Auto-close tournament without notification" in PokerStars ---> Options ---> Advanced Multi Table Options. If you are missing summaries you can request them from PokerStars.

    I have checked all of this and all is correct. i also requested the tournament summaries and imported them but nothing is showing after the 25th

    Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

    clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

    Try reimport everything into a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

    I'm having the same issue. No filters ("Clear Filters" button is greyed out). I tried creating a new database and also reinstalled HM2. I'm on the Merge network

    There is a bug now with rebuy/freezeout tournaments on Merge.
    This will be fixed in the next update.
