Default Autorate how to? Rule hierarchy?

Hey, sorry if this has been asked before, I've been searching the forums for an answer but couldn't find one...

I wanted to ask how exactly the auto rate rules work, in particular what effect the rule hierarchy has.
Does it make a difference whether a rule is in spot 1 or, say, spot 4? I seem to be creating some conflicting rules that lead to the wrong icon being displayed on the HUD in the replayer.
Some documentation on this would be nice.

Also, will there be additional stats that can be used to autorate players in the future (for instance "3b vs. steal", stack size,...)?

Can you please attach some of the auto-rate rule's files you are unsure about and/or screen shots of the rules and possibly HUD when not working correctly.

Then I can ask the HUD developer to take a look at some speciific examples.
