HM won't let me register

I had a problem with the hud (all stats were gone in player preferences). In a tread it was mentioned that I had to reinstall HM. I did but it won't let me register. I have to use the activate-link, but it says that I already use two versions. After that I get a box with 5 or so options what could have gone wrong and that I have to remove the old version. On top is my activation code.

What should I do?
