Default HEM Crashing FTP in Windows 7 and Table Scanner not Joining

I've got the latest HEM w beta and tried reinstalling both Full Tile and HEM. When HEM and FTP are running and I close HEM Full Tilt instantly crashes.
Also, Table Scanner is not joining waiting lists on FTP. It goes orange like it confirms it joined, but will not be actually joined. It can read the lobby because I can open tables from Table Scanner.
Runing Windows 7 Ultimate and latest HEM and FTP.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

    Do that for fulltiltpoker.exe also

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=171

Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
I've completed all those and rebooted. I completely disabled the firewall also.
    Still same behavior.
I also tried upgrading the Visual C++ redistributable that installs with PostgreSQL (2003 by default). I upgraded to Visual C++ 2008 no change also.

What brand firewall? Turn off windows firewall, and uninstall any 3rd party firewall or internet security. Disable isnt enough.

If that doesnt work Please email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so you can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download and install the www.Teamviewer.com Quick Support version.

Yes I've turned off Windows Firewall and I do not have a 3rd Party firewall.
I have sent the email to fabio@holdemmanager.net with the information requested.
