Hi!
Since Swedish/Finnish players got migrated from Pokerstars.com to Pokerstars.eu today, HEM 1 stopped working (hand import, HUD...).
When are we expected to get an update to solve these problems?
Thanks in advance!

Email us a recent handhistory of a .eu game to support@holdemmanager.com
You can still set the lobby language to English right?

Any updates on this?
Go to options in your PS client, select Instant Hand History Options...
Change the folder to C:\Users\"User"\AppData\Local\PokerStars.EU\HandHi story\"PS nickname"\
Add this folder to auto import in holdem manager.
Both import and hud works fine.
I have similiar problem. I can import all the hands to HEM1 but I only see less than half of them at reports tab.
I'm unable to change folder to pokerstars.eu
Two issues here:
-1 we stil have to investigate if the handhistories of the .eu client are slightly different than the .com formatting. (if they are this will require a HoldemManager update)
-2 as was suggested, you need to manually edit the auto import folders
In the PokerStars client--> Go to options in your PS client, select Instant Hand History Options...
Change the folder to C:\Users\"your user name"\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory\ (if you used to have the PokerStars.com client installed using that folder)
