Ongame hand history error

Hi. I lost my whole hand history at goalwin (ongame) and I requested them a hand history of all my hands. They sent me a file with a different format that holdem manager seems to be unable to import. Here it is an example of a hand of the hand history. I contacted support and said this is an "Ongame format" and I have to contact HM to get support of it. How can I import that hands?

HoldemManager currently doesn't support this format.
HM can only import the original Ongame handhistory format.

Not the -completely different- format they email you hands in when you request them.

Hi. Am I the only one that has get this weird format or everybody is getting the same? Am I the first one complaining about that?.

I already complained about that to goalwin support but they gave me no solution

If you request handhistories from them via email, or use their internal hand export, it will be in this alternate formatting.

HoldemManager can't import them. There's currently no solution for this.


We'd appreciate it if -after you've played a session- request the hands.
Then email us both the original handhistories + the requested hands, so we can see if we can add support for this format.
