Hud not launching

My HM is importing the hands, and I can see how the session is going on on the HM, but my hud doesnt launch, even if the table manger identifies the table im playing.

what can I do?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Set the lobby language of the pokerclient in English.

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt

Im playing in pokerstars
i have the latest version installed. I updated it a few days ago and it still doesnt work

the lobby is set to english

i tried to use the table finder but its not working well
this is what happens: whem I launch the hud the table manager detects the table and the HM is importing the hands. the only thing thats happening is that the HUD is not apearing in my tables!

You don't need to use TableFinder for PokerStars.


Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or unin stall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

fyi i am done with holdem manager and any product sold by you guys, nice life finally i can have a session where i dont have to worry if my shitty product bought by scam artists will work, ever hear of any easy to use interface? I shouldnt have to be a pc junkie to run your program, just like if i sell you a car and you bring it in to get fixed i shouldnt give you a list of things to fix on your own. because your not a mechanic, get it? Probably not, oh well i tried.

yes everything was working fine and then all of a sudden yesterday at the start of my session notecaddy wouldnt pop up, and the little hud taskbar would show up at the top of each table but the hud its self would not show up.

Or you have this issue in both HM1 and HM2?

im using both and having an issue with both, and i updated to the new hm2 update. I use Windows 7 and before yesterday everything was working fine.
