manager hud not showing up on stars

hi guys i am new to hold em manager and im trying set up the hud software. i think i have all the files correct to auto import but when i am importing hand historys it says there are errors and the hands never show up for the reports and also for the hud. i have tried to fix this several times but its not working. can anyone give me a series of directions so i can fix this problem and begin playing.

thank you for you help. the hud is working fine. just have one more question. what is the best set up for the hud such as what stats you have up and what do those stats mean? thank you again

That question is too vague and the answers can be very subjective, depending on the player and his style, game type, etc. You will get better answers asking in a strategy forum on a poker site, for your particular game type/stakes.
