error after beta update

Hi, I didnt use HEM for a long time, then i tried to use today but the hud wasnt working. I figured that the softwares had updated a lot and i need the last version of HEM.
I dled the patch 9.04 i guess and i get this error when updating:

This package was unable to replace the following file:"enter here the path to holdemmanager.exe"

But it concluded the installation after i click ok on this popup, but then when i open the hm.exe i get : hm.exe stopped working windows is trying to solve it bla bla

what can i do?

Please reboot your computer and install the update as first thing.

Parts of Holdemmanager were running when you tried to install the update.
