    Default Prima/Unibet hands import problem

    hi,

    starting today 22.9.2009 Prima/Unibet HH doesn't import to HEM (1.08.04)

    I played yesterday and everything went correctly and I didn't change anything since then

    I have UAC on Vista turned off, Auto Import folder is set up correctly w/subfolders, I have set up correct player name, etc. (having no troubles with HEM for several months)

    After few restarts I downloaded and installed latest 1.09 b34 but HEM still doesn't import any hand from Microgaming/Prima folders

    any thoughts? any bugs/problems reported from Prima network?

    I'm having the same problem. I think it's because of the software upgrade of Unibet. They upgraded it today and included some new features like the new 4 colour deck, that's maybe the problem with HM.
    I have the 1.09 Beta 30b.

    The problem is the HEM version. Download tha latest one, 1.09 beta 34 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.

    I wrote that I had 1.09 b34

    I don't know then, because I had the same problem but I solved it downloading the latest beta. Sorry
